Product-Specific Guidelines
- Hats: Must be in original condition and unworn. Items showing signs of wear will not qualify for return.
- Scents and Beauty Products: Must be unopened, with all seals intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Jewellery & Fashion Items: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please double-check your selection before checkout.
