A double knit fabric that is normally a poly which has been mixed with Lycra or Spandex. It has a very smooth texture and a fine gauge thread. Scuba fabric is very springy. The hats are therefor soft, stretchy, comfortable, fuss-free, non-slip and ready to wear. An elastic in the back of the cap ensures that if one size fits most people.
