At Hats by Lori (Pty) Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please note the following guidelines:

General Policy:

• Return Window: Returns will only be accepted within 5 days of the receipt of your order.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the courier return/exchange costs. Please ensure that you use a reliable shipping method to return your items.

• Condition of Items: All hats must be in their original condition and must not have been worn. Items showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return.

Return Policy for Scents and Beauty Products

• Original Condition: Returns will only be accepted if the products are in their original condition.
• Unopened Products: Items must be unopened, and seals must not be broken. Products that show signs of use or have been opened will not be eligible for return.

 Return Policy for Jewellery & Fashion Items

·       Please note that all jewellery  and fashion items sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery or fashion items. We encourage you to carefully review your selection before making a purchase.
